Nancy's team consists of her Administrative Assistant, Corey Andreason, her son, who has been licensed since 2013. He handles the administrative side of each transaction and assures all the details are handled. Barringer Escrow expertly handles the escrow process. John Siens, Chicago Title, handles the probate transactions, and First American and Lawyers Title handle the traditional sales.
Nancy handles all negotiations herself, and you have access to her. The administrative side is delegated to those who handle it best. Jessica Bland is her Transaction Coordinator and makes sure all of the I's are dotted, and t's crossed so that we are in compliance. Nancy has had her sales license since 2006. In addition to traditional sales, Nancy's specialty/niche market is selling probate and trust estate properties. She works very well with the family member(s) who is the executor or administrator. What Nancy's Client's Are Saying
Nancy is a consummate professional! I live in North Carolina and was the administrator for my Sister’s Estate in California. We needed to sell her house and select a real estate agent, sight unseen. One who could help me with the probate sale and the upgrades to the house. Nancy came through like a champ. She listened to what I wanted, offered sound and wise advice and knows her stuff. She successfully sold the house within a short time, setting a sales record in the community for that model. She was literally a God-Send . . . an answer to prayer.
Selling and Buying a home can be very stressful and the process can be absolutely no fun. Nancy Andreason made this easier by overseeing all the aspects of this process. She was easy to work with and always had the answers to our many questions. She took care of us and made us feel she was there to help us with our future and to benefit our interests.
.Nancy and Corey Andreason are very experienced real estate agents. My sister and I felt very comfortable working with them to purchase our first property. They were very responsive to all of our inquiries. They definitely know what they are doing. We had a good experience with both of them and
would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
